Job Duties and Responsibilities of Lead Sales Associate:

  • Focus on providing top-notch customer service to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Enhance store sales performance through proficient merchandising tactics, thorough product understanding, and encouraging team drive.
  • Follow the prescribed Shoe Carnival guidelines to uphold visual standards and store presentation.
  • Offer guidance and leadership to team members in order to meet both sales goals and operational targets.
  • Assist in the efficient running of store operations and implementation of business plans under the General Manager’s guidance.

Qualifications and Experience of Lead Sales Associate:

  • Displaying strong leadership qualities alongside effective problems resolution skills.
  • Strong communication aptitude both verbally and interpersonally.
  • A high school diploma or similar certification is essential.
  • Capacity to adjust availability to work on a flexible schedule covering weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
  • One must have celebrated their 16th birthday to meet the age requirement.

Salary:

Base hourly wage: $11.75 at the beginning
