Job Duties and Responsibilities of Floor Manager:

• Emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service consistently.
• Maximize store profitability through successful merchandising methods, thorough product insight, and team morale enhancement.
• Comply with Shoe Carnival guidelines to maintain visual standards and store presentation.
• Take charge in guiding team members towards meeting sales goals and operational objectives.
• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily functions and executing store initiatives effectively.

Qualifications and Experience of Floor Manager:

• Exhibit strong leadership competencies and adept problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and interpersonal communication, fostering strong connections.
• A high school diploma or its similar counterpart is necessary.
• Ability to maintain a flexible working schedule, accommodating nights, weekends, and holiday commitments.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• The individual needs to have completed at least 16 years of life.

Salary:

Starting payrate of $11.75 per hour
