Job Summary:

SRS Building Products is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Beltsville, MD. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to grow within one of the leading building products distributors in the country. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
• Ensure accurate inventory management and documentation
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and delivering materials as needed
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to changing demands
• Forklift certification is an advantage, but not required
• Commitment to safety and customer service excellence

Salary:

The base pay for this role typically ranges between $23.51 and $29.90 per hour, depending on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
