Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shift Supervisor:

• Aim to create a memorable customer service experience that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Elevate sales outcomes by utilizing effective merchandising techniques, comprehensive product awareness, and motivating the team.
• Keep the store presentation in line with Shoe Carnival guidelines by following visual standards.
• Guide and supervise team members to successfully achieve sales targets and operational milestones.
• Work alongside the General Manager to ensure smooth store operations and successful implementation of business strategies.

Qualifications and Experience of Shift Supervisor:

• Having strong leadership acumen combined with adeptness in addressing problems.
• Effective in communicating verbally and connecting with others on a personal level.
• A high school diploma or a similar level of education is required.
• Skilled in handling a diverse work schedule that entails availability during weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• The age of 16 is the minimum threshold for eligibility.

Salary:

Initial hourly earnings set at $11.75
