Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at our Hudson, NH location. This is a key front-line role responsible for assisting walk-in customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow into a sales or management career within our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with product selection and purchasing
• Support outside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to fulfill customer needs efficiently
• Process sales transactions and customer orders using our company ERP system
• Develop new business through outreach calls and relationship-building
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our product lines and services
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or counter sales preferred
• Experience or interest in business-to-business (B2B) or contractor-based sales is a plus
• Intermediate computer proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
