Job Duties and Responsibilities of Key Holder:

• Promote a high-quality customer service experience to cultivate positive relationships with customers.
• Drive up sales figures by skillfully arranging product displays, possessing extensive product knowledge, and motivating the team.
• Maintain the store’s visual appeal in accordance with Shoe Carnival guidelines and standards.
• Direct and mentor team members in order to ensure the attainment of sales targets and operational objectives.
• Help manage the day-to-day operations and implementation of store programs as directed by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Experience of Key Holder:

• Exemplifying robust leadership attributes and proficient at addressing challenges.
• Skilled in conveying thoughts effectively and building relationships.
• Having a high school diploma or an equivalent is a must.
• Adeptness in managing a varied work timetable that may entail weekends, nights, and holiday periods.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Being 16 years of age is mandatory.

Salary:

Entry-level compensation: $11.75 per hour
