Job Summary of Retail Team Member:

This position supports all daily store operations with a focus on delivering excellent guest service, supporting merchandising initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency. The role involves both individual responsibilities and team collaboration to create a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Team Member:

• Offer exceptional guest support to increase store sales and foster customer dedication.
• Improve interaction with guests by promoting and educating them about loyalty and credit programs.
• Implement the outlined procedures for upholding the store’s merchandising standards, managing product placement, and operational processes.
• Put into practice the company’s software, systems, and routines to carry out daily tasks.
• Coordinate efforts with coworkers to meet store objectives and sustain a productive work environment.
• Accomplish further tasks as directed by store management.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Team Member:

• Customer service experience is a valuable asset for this position.
• Developing effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills can improve interaction and mutual understanding between individuals.
• The ability to complete tasks and tackle challenges by working independently or in a group.
• Emphasizing a guest-oriented mindset through positive interactions, detail orientation, and task follow-through.
• Adept at working with Zebra mobile devices and point-of-sale systems comfortably.
• Willing to adjust availability for work to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
