Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Store Associate:

• Provide unparalleled customer service to support store revenue and build guest loyalty.
• Enhance guest participation by educating and promoting loyalty and credit initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the established guidelines for maintaining the store layout, overseeing product flow, and operational procedures.
• Follow the business’s software, systems, and regulations in order to complete daily tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish store goals and enhance the work environment.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by store leaders.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Store Associate:

• Preference will be given to candidates with previous customer service experience.
• Having excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills can contribute to efficient and harmonious communication.
• Proficient in working both individually and collaboratively to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes.
• Cultivating a guest-focused demeanor by paying close attention to details and ensuring task fulfillment.
• Skilled at operating Zebra PDA and POS technology confidently.
• Able to work flexible hours, encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
