Service Associate
Job Summary of Service Associate:
This position supports all daily store operations with a focus on delivering excellent guest service, supporting merchandising initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency. The role involves both individual responsibilities and team collaboration to create a positive and seamless shopping experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Service Associate:
- Supply exceptional guest service to bolster store revenue and promote customer allegiance.
- Inform and encourage guests to participate in loyalty and credit programs for enhanced engagement.
- Enforce the stipulated requirements for maintaining the store’s appearance, directing product movement, and operational processes.
- Engage with the company’s software, systems, and methodologies to execute daily activities.
- Partner with colleagues to accomplish store goals and uphold a productive work environment.
- Follow through with other duties as designated by store leaders.
Qualifications and Experience of Service Associate:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in verbal communication and interpersonal skills can lead to better understanding and connection with others.
- Having the aptitude to work autonomously and in a team environment to overcome obstacles and complete assignments.
- Highlighting a proactive and detail-driven attitude towards fulfilling guest needs and completing tasks.
- Familiar with using Zebra handheld devices and POS systems with ease.
- Being amenable to working at different hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
