Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Immokalee, FL. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling tasks such as stocking, shipping, and loading/unloading materials. This is a Monday–Friday role with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and stage customer orders accurately
• Perform replenishment and restocking of inventory
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks
• Load and unload delivery vehicles in a warehouse/yard environment
• Operate safely while using company equipment, following PPE and lifting best practices
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations where applicable
• Complete other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, and 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Salary:
